Processing Time

Orders are typically prepared within 2–4 working days. During busier periods or event weeks, this may take slightly longer.

Delivery

We currently ship within the UK. Delivery times usually range between 2–4 working days once dispatched.

You will receive a confirmation once your order is on its way.

Local Collection & Events

If you are attending one of our gatherings, you may have the option to collect your order in person. Please contact us to arrange this.

Returns

Each product is handcrafted in small batches with intention and care. Due to the nature of our formulations, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email]. We may request a photo and will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Unopened Products

We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Allergies & Skin Reactions

As every skin is unique, we recommend patch testing before full use. We are unable to offer refunds for adverse reactions, but we are always here to support you in finding the right product for your skin.

Events & In-Person Purchases

All purchases made at events or in person are final. However, if you experience any issue, please reach out — your experience matters to us.
